What a weekend! Jason Patyka, Amanda Farahany, & Bryan Akers all participated in the US Pro Mini Golf Association’s 25th US Open. Due to inclement weather, the abbreviated tournament took place in Myrtle Beach, SC at the Aloha North (formerly Hawaiian Village) on the Pineapple Course. Amanda took home the trophy for second place in the Women’s division (GO AMANDA!) and finished tied for 30th overall. Jason tied for 33rd place (w/PuttPutt veteran Paula Gay – GO JASON!) after the 6th full rounds. Bryan tied with Eric Ratchford for 20th overall out of the 60+ contestants, with a 220.
Rainey Statum took home both a giant trophy and a giant envelope of cash with his one-stroke win over Greg Newport. Previous winner of Putters League tournaments, Gary Hester, finished tied for 7th place over the full day of competition. Congrats to our friends Rainey & Gary!!!! Go HERE to see the full results.
