The 3rd Annual Putters League Championship + WAGT Qualifier brings players together for a competitive full-day mini golf tournament experience at AREA 51 The Fringe Miniature Golf. Players will compete in a championship setting with qualifier opportunities, event-day energy, and a format built for serious competitors and passionate putters.

Whether you've been putting competitively for years or you've never picked up a putter outside of a casual round with friends, this one's for you. Registration is open to anyone — no ranking, experience, or invitation required. Locals are especially welcome to come try competitive mini golf for the first time, and spectators are welcome too — come cheer on the field, enjoy the atmosphere, and see what the sport's all about, even if you're not playing.

National & Georgia Pros: 4 rounds

All other divisions: 2 rounds

One-hour break after the last Pro finishes Round 3

Re-pairs all Pros after Round 3

Practice Day:

7:00 AM through 9:30 AM

Equipment & rules

National Pros must use a WMF-sanctioned ball (available now, reach out to us!); European style minigolf ball (3D, SV, Pengvin, etc.) balls also permitted, some available onsite for use and purchase.
Bring up to 18 balls; no swapping mid-play on a lane
House putters/balls available — but if you're a beginner, don't worry, you don't need your own gear to play. Bringing your own (rubber-faced okay) is just an option for those who have it.
Tee shots from behind the third grout line
Max 7 strokes/hole (pick up after 6)
Lowest score on prior hole tees off first
Hole 18: putts stay between tape lines; rollback to original spot = no penalty
No out-of-bounds penalty on any lane — bring the ball back in where it left, or onto the course with relief
Rulings by any National Pro with prior tournament experience

National Pro:

1st – WAGT Finals entry + $800 + prizes / 2nd – $500 / 3rd – $340 / 4th – $200 / 5th – $160 / 6th – $140 / 7th – $120 / 8th – $100 / 9th – $80 / 10th – $60 (plus prizes throughout)

Georgia Pro:

1st – $200 + Trophy / 2nd – $100 + Medal / 3rd – $55 + Medal (plus prizes)

Amateur:

1st – $25 + Medal / 2nd – Medal / 3rd – Medal (plus prizes)

Women's:

1st – $100 + Trophy / 2nd – Medal / 3rd – Medal (plus prizes)
